"I have known Lucinda Welsh for more than half a decade and she has approached her position as Pennsylvania State Constable with the utmost integrity and professionalism in the face of an environment of corruption in Columbia County. She goes above and beyond protecting and addressing the needs of her community. I personally nominated her for the position of president of our association for this reason, and I am confident that she will help to clean up Columbia County in terms of operating the court in a more fiscally responsible manner, addressing the huge backlog of warrants, acting impartially and constitutionally in apportioning justice, and countering the corruption in the county government.
